Adam has worked in the corporate property industry for more than 21 years in both the UK and Australian markets. He completed a Masters in Property Valuation and Law in 2002 at the City University, London and then gained experience with Knight Frank, Savills, JLL and Pepper Property, specialising in commercial office leasing and transaction services.
His broad, global business and corporate property experience has been further supplemented by his subsequent work in Australia, particularly in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Adam takes a pragmatic approach to aligning his client’s business and strategic objectives with their corporate property needs. He has a deep understanding of property valuation methodologies and knows how to protect the legal and commercial position of the occupier making him a strong negotiator and advocate for his clients.
Adam has also been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for over 11 years and is an RICS Approved Assessor actively involved in maintaining the professional standards within the industry and ensuring new members are suitably qualified and experienced to practice as Chartered Surveyors.
