Eliza Murphy is a Property Analyst with experience in land management, asset administration, and contract coordination. Holding a Bachelor of Property Economics from QUT, she brings a strong analytical approach to strategic property decisions.

Prior to joining ResolveXO, Eliza worked in both the public and private sectors, gaining expertise in property coordination, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Her background includes working with the Department of State Development & Infrastructure, where she managed land assets across Queensland, facilitated contracts, and conducted site inspections. She has also developed a strong understanding of construction and financial planning through previous roles in contracts administration and financial services.

Eliza’s attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to navigate complex property transactions make her a valuable addition to our Brisbane team.
