Jo Stewart is an experienced property professional with more than 20 years of experience in property strategy, lease negotiations, portfolio management and network planning across Australia and New Zealand.

Jo has held senior property leadership roles with organisations including Viva Energy Australia, Retail Zoo and Reece Group. As Head of Property at Viva Energy, she was responsible for a national portfolio of more than 1,800 leases and licences across retail, commercial and operational assets.

Her experience spans lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, portfolio optimisation and stakeholder management across complex property portfolios. Jo is recognised for her commercial approach, strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver practical property solutions aligned with broader business objectives.

Jo holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Valuation and Property Management) from Massey University, New Zealand.
